 Director of Property Management, Brian Wade is responsible for all day-to-day operations for RS Garek Associates' real estate portfolio. Brian, previously a general manager for a Toledo based property management firm, brings years of experience in solving the unique challenges commercial properties present.
Brian has spent time brokering investment real estate, writing appraisals, development and site selection. He also brings a rich background in marketing.
Brian is licensed in the state of Ohio as a real estate broker and sales agent, has been an owner of several small businesses and is currently working on a marketing website for apartment buildings. He currently resides in Upper Arlington.
