 Jeff
has been a licensed real estate agent in Ohio since 1994. His
focus is industrial, investment and office brokerage and developmental
land assemblages. Jeff is a Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM) of the CCIM Institute of Chicago; he holds a candidate
status with The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)
and is actively involved with several other local real estate
groups.
Jeff works full time as Real Estate Director for Tim Hortons,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wendy’s International. He maintains
his license with RS Garek Associates.
