is an experienced commercial sales, leasing and property management

Mick has been involved in over $55 million in office and $16
million in industrial transactions over the last 5 years in the
Columbus, Cincinnati and Louisville markets. Significant deals
were with Ethicon, AT&T, AG Edwards, JC Penney, GE, D&B,
and Berman Industries.
With his many years of real estate telecomm and property management
experience, Mick is able to understand client property and space
needs and leverage these to his clients benefit in ways that are
not always obvious to other real estate professionals. Mick is
an expert in "cold calling" and understands the advantage
and uses this skill for his clients.
