joined the team of RS Garek Associates in June of 2003 as an Industrial
Specialist. A graduate of Purdue University’s School of
Mechanical Engineering, he spent a 35-year career as an engineer,
manager, and owner of machinery manufacturing companies. Among
his many responsibilities was the building and management of a
large number of industrial manufacturing and distribution properties.
In 2002, after having sold his own company, Bob obtained his
real estate sales license. With his extensive experience handling
industrial properties, he has entered the field of Industrial
Real Estate and joined RS Garek Associates to specialize in that
area.
