 Steve Heiser is a commercial real estate Investment Property Specialist, focusing on office and retail properties. He was most recently with Equity Inc. from June, 2004 to February, 2010.
During his 20+ year career, He has worked in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the development of The Rich Street Lofts, a project that converted a downtown 80,000 sf furniture warehouse into 40 residential condominium units and three commercial units on the ground floor. His experience includes managing, owning, and leasing apartments and shopping centers for over 20 years. For two years, he was a commercial mortgage broker with Kensington Advisors, a correspondent for Prudential Insurance, with a territory covering all of Ohio and Kentucky. Steve has graduate degrees from The Ohio State University in City and Regional Planning, and Public Administration, and a law degree from Capital University Law School.
